By accessing or using the CDCP Eligibility Estimator ("the tool"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this tool.

Nature of the Tool — Estimates Only

The estimator applies publicly available eligibility criteria to produce an estimated result based on the information you provide. Your actual eligibility is determined solely by the Government of Canada, Health Canada, and the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) through their official application and review process.

A positive result from this estimator does not guarantee approval of a CDCP application. A negative result does not necessarily mean you are ineligible — individual circumstances may vary, and official eligibility criteria may change.

No Affiliation with the Government of Canada

This tool is an independent, privately maintained website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Government of Canada, Health Canada, the Canada Revenue Agency, Sun Life Financial, or any other government body or official CDCP administrator.

"Canada Dental Care Plan" and "CDCP" are references to an existing Government of Canada program and are used here for informational and descriptive purposes only.
